My Product Does Not Work or Charge. What Should I Do?
To find out where the problem lies, please run through the following actions:
Connect the charging cable to charge your product. If the battery has been completely drained, it may take up to 5 minutes for the LED to begin to pulse, indicating charging is taking place. This is because the charger initially charges with a very low current to protect the battery.
Make sure you have charged your toy for the recommended time - 4 hours to charge fully. Double-check the instructions - your product has a light that flashes during charging and a solid light to indicate that it is fully charged.

After turning on the APP, turn on the mobile phone Bluetooth switch, long-press the On/Off switch to wake up the LiboToy product, Bluetooth will automatically connect. Bluetooth connection effective distance is 2 meters.
Can I use my Libo Toy Product In The Shower?
Our waterproof products are completely waterproof for up to 1 meter, those products are splashproof, but are not designed to be deep waterproof.
This basically means that it is fine to clean the product according to the instructions in the manual, carefully avoiding submersion and getting water into the DC socket or around the buttons.

Is It Safe To Use Silicone-Based Lubricant With My Libo Toy Product?
We recommend that you not use a silicone-based lubricant with your Libo Toy product, as this could make the silicone permanently tacky.
A water-based lubricant is the safest option.
If you wish to use a silicone-based lubricant, perform a patch test first.
You should also never use massage oil or hand cream as lubricants.
